The place was amazing. We arrived at the end of October, the day before the first big storm of the year. We couldn't have been happier to be staying at this unit. The views were amazing with the corner room. Floors did not creak and even with all the wind and rain the windows and doors did not rattle one bit. The unit was very clean and had lots of kitchen amenities. Linens were fresh and nice and furniture and bedding very comfortable. There was even a little bag with storage containers to put leftovers in. The little things like that made our stay amazing. We would definitely recommend for a wonderful stay all year round. Shops and restaurants were just a quick walk away also. LaDonna was a pleasure to work with and is a great host.

I wish there were more stars! LaDonna's place is spectacular. The neighborhood has nice shops and great restaurants within a few blocks. The beach is pristine and *right there*! I honestly can't think of a single thing that I would change to make it better. I can't wait to go back!

Great location! The beach is down the stairs and around the corner. The third floor provides a perfect vantage point for watching the waves, people and dogs. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. It's an easy walk to anywhere in Nye Beach, including several restaurants.

This place is a fantastic getaway place with an amazing view from all the living spaces. Very comfortable and welcoming. Lots of little niceties that we didn't expect but really appreciated.

We had the best time! LaDonna communicated exactly what her Condo would be. Our arrival into the Condo felt so welcoming. A quick walk to the beach for our long walks. The village restaurants shops and coffee shop was just down the hill. And finally, the outstanding visuals of the setting moon and sun off our deck made our 3 night stay outstanding!!!!! We will return here in the future! Thank you LaDonna for hosting us!!!

LaDonna was an exceptional host, very attentive & responsive to our needs. View from condo is amazing, to both north & west due to being a corner unit. If skies are clear, can see Yaquina Head Lighthouse. It is a short walk to the beach. Balcony has 2 nice Adirondack chairs.
The unit was clean. Open kitchen/living area is very comfortable & spacious and perfect for hanging out and eating take-out meals. The new blinds/shades are super nice. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs bedroom is a loft, so open to living area below. Upstairs bath is nice w/ updated shower & beautiful, very large jetted tub with Epsom salt included for relaxing soak. Common space, views, location, and host make this a great choice for an Oregon Coast stay.

Our family of three had a wonderful stay at LaDonna's condo, which was nestled right on the beach. Both my daughter and husband said, "Wow!" after we checked in on the first day. I had a minor issue with the keypad (which was my error), and I contacted LaDonna, who responded in less than one minute. She exuded warmth and friendliness, and checked on us throughout our stay. Absolutely beautiful condo and views! We could have stayed here for weeks. It was so relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach multiple times of day, walking around the shops and eating at the nearby restaurants and ice cream shop.

We enjoyed such a nice relaxing 4-day trip to Newport. This unit is a very short walk to great restaurants (we ate at 4 within walking distance - all great food) and several cute shops. The view is incredible and access to the beach is an easy paved walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect location. We loved the view, the proximity to everything in Newport and walk ability to dining and shops in Nye Beach. The long stretch of beach can’t be beat. The place was so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
